The only thing which makes me hesitate with amazon.uk is the dispatch date : will they dispatch earlier to assure the D Day delivery ,or send the package the day of release only ?

Hmm, i think sites like GMG guarantee that you will have the game on launch -if- you live in the same country (in this case UK), i am not so sure about other countries. Try emailing them.

You should have no problem using an American Debit card.

365games informed 'unsuccessful' after Authorization hold was made on my bank account, so I canceled that and went to onlinekeystore, their emails never got through my usual email, even when it has no spam filter other than my own custom, so I tried hotmail email and it worked, went to junk folder but that didnt matter. Now, with grace of Zeus I will have anything between 0-3 Rome Two steam codes arriving arround 3rd of September, that might or might not work.

That does not sound good... try to use Paypal where ever possible (you can cancel payments in cases of fraud).

I cancelled the preorder on ozgameshop because I did not know whether I could use the Oceanian copy in Germany. They refunded within the same day and *after that* asked for feedback as to why I decided to cancel. Excellent service.

I ordered at OKS now, they have multilingual European Rome 2 keys to sell, so naturally I'll go along with that.
