Well as you can see my account is actually quite old. Forgot I had one but that's not the point. It seemed fair to me to leave some feedback on iHEO

Anyhow I realize this thread is about actual retailers so I might mention some of my personal experience with a couple of those sites listed on the first post:

I first ordered at ozgameshop but they automatically refunded my order.

I then ordered at onlinekeystore because they did accept a European address and I could pay with iDeal (for the dutch members).
Cost me € 30.35 (you can get a discount code if you like their facebook page). I decided to cancel there when there were some problems with another order I made.

And as far as the term "legit" is concerned, I'm only referring to him following through on the agreed purchase. Idk if its illegitimate legally speaking, nor do I care. Arbitrage is a positive function of the marketplace and attempts to stifle such activities through law is bad policy.

If Steam wanted to prevent it, they could easily not sell the english version in Russia and so on and so forth

Yes, most of games on Russia store are cheaper, and steam sales are world wide, unless the game is not available in Russia region.

Nope, I know it's against TOS that's why I won't do it, I won't risk my account for that. My brother studying in Russia is the one buying games.

true that. got the item despite steam being laggy and a little ****.

unless Steam comes down on us for "fraudulent" purchases of the game then iHEO is 100% clean and because of the the good rep iHEO has on third part sites (that track frauders) and many good reviews I believe iHEO is legit and the possibility of the steam doing anything is very slim.

to those that pre-ordered the game from steam is there any way for you to know you are getting the pre-order bonus?
this is my first pre-order so I am not sure how these things work out.
