A Next Step - A Very Broad Overview

This is an announcement to let you everyone know what will happen next. The following gives you an outline of the procedure. Please be patient as this will involve a lot of work. The process will begin within the next few days. I cannot be more precise than that, sorry.

• All Patricians will be demoted to Civitate Status.
• All current Staff will retain Patrician Status.
• The recently active Senatorii, Opifex and all Divii will retain their Patrician status - they will form the initial group (along with hex) to vote on the prospective Patricians.
• Those who are in the following groups will be voted on. If they fail the vote, they remain Civitates.

In addition to the above, Hex has selected candidates from existing Patricians. This will be presented too and voted on.

I have submitted this list in case I have left off someone - don't forget, some people contribute in a range of areas, they need be mentioned only once, for example, Menander has been involved in the Helios but he is also Staff. If your name has been left off, please PM me.

Finally, we have limited our selection to those groups above as a suitable/manageable core. Of course, others will be nominated by Patricians over time. Please do not get discouraged if your contribution has not been recognised at this stage of the process.
