    It's wierd how it's only visible online.

    I'm trying to add Aomori unfortunately I'm having trouble making the startpos (the official tools don't explain what the error is so it's difficult to fix). So far I've tried disabling everything and am still having problems (I can't save the startpos for some reason).

    Well I've managed to get Bob to make the startpos. I was able to make a working version of this mod that had 7 new regions (including the two already released) and 6 new factions. Then I made some changes, make a new startpos, and now it won't load. Annoyingly I didn't make any backups of the working version so I can't release that either.

    At present I'm trying to get this mod to work again though I have no idea why Bob is making a startpos that won't load.

    As I'm having problems turning Fukushima into Aizu, Date, Hamadori, and Iwaki I've decided to release an updated version with a few more new regions and factions while I try to get all of the mod to work. The new version has 4 new regions (including the 2 new regions in the previous version) and 3 new factions.

    This mod splits the following provinces:
    - Tsukushi province into the Chikugo and Chikuzen provinces (both owned by Shoni).
    - Settsu province into the Settsu and Izumi provinces (both owned by Miyoshi).
    - Iwate province into Iwate (owned by Date) and Sannohe provinces (owned by Oura).

    This mod adds the following new provinces:
    - Oshima in Hokkaido (owned by Mmatsumae).

    This mod add the following new factions:
    - Ando controls the Ugo province.

    very good mod , waiting for new update . someone said in Sengoku jidai Japan had over 200 clans . yes we want more provice , more faction , more historical generals

    That would imply a map like that of Nova Monumenta Iaponiae Historica : http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/...ighlight=Japan Not sure if it would be possible on Shogun 2, since I know there was a problem with objects limitations, but if someone want to do it then it will require a new WAY bigger map than the one we currently have.

    I have an Idea/Request for this mod, could you make the Island of Tanegashima a province and have the Tanegashima clan as its owner.

    The problem with islands is that most of them are too small to fit a settlement on. As I'm currently having problems getting my mod to work (it keeps crashing for some reason) it's difficult to test which islands can be used.

    I saw that you added Oshima in Hokkaido. Did you draw it from scratch or was it already in the files? If the first, couldn't you tweak the size of the Islands so that settlements would fit?

    Hokkaido was already in the files, I just changed the region from impassable to a passable. Unsure how easy it will be to make bigger islands.

    Update: managed to get the Data, Hamadori, and Iwaki regions working (the problem was caused by the rigid_spline borders interfering with Bob when I was trying to make a new Startpos). So this mod now has 7 new regions and 5 new factions.

    I have a little question. I've been working on a mod for a while now that adds new buildings in place of existing ones and new units as well, and I tried to add them to the campaign using the startpos.esf in your mod here, but for some reason when I do that, your mod stops working completely. When trying to play a Date campaign it doesn't have any of the new provinces and it crashes when it tries to load the campaign
