Common Problem Different Effects
After playing about two weeks of 3.2 Third age I got the seemignly infamous message windos incountered an unspecified error and will now exist. This seemed strange as i was at turn 300 when it happened and had had no problems up to this point. After it exited the game screen turned black and woulnt fully close but i could still do other things like go on the internet, i let the laptop to its own devices thinking the black square where the screen was go away but it didnt. So then i tried to close it clicked on the start menu then my whole laptop frooze and wouldnt unfreeze, even when i shut the laptop it wouldnt go into sleep mood so i took the battery out, restarted it. It then brought up a menu asking me do i want to start it normally or in safe mood, i picked normally but then it wouldnt get passed the black screen before the login screen. So again restarted it but now it won't get passed the black screen. The strange thing is the screen isnt black as if it didnt turn on it keeps lighting up and going dark as if theres something happening but it just can't display it.
By the way its a Sony Vaio Laptop bought in September 2012 so its not a year old. If theres anyway to fix it without losing the memory that would be great because like an idiot i never backed it up.
