Idea of a mashup of units from other mods really need help with it

Hi
Basically i have no idea how to mod medieval 2 but have a great idea.
My idea started as just a personal mod, but due to my lack of knowledge with the subject of modding medieval 2 my idea has been put on hold .
So in short, I've been playing a lot of kingdoms mods, mainly Third age, Call of war hammer-rage of the dark gods and thera, and due to my liking of allot of the units from the different mods, i wanted my own personal mod where i could combine game play from my favorite units of the three different mods, but as said before I'm not really capable of making such a mod.
This is hopefully where someone with the right knowledge does come in to help me out!
I have already come up with new faction roster, the individual faction rosters and the settlement ownership on the campaign map, the map i would like to use would be the tyronnia (i think thats the name ) map from the medieval2-custom campaign mod 2.
So my ideas are pretty much ready to go, the only issues i have of course is finding a person(s) who is willing to help me make a mod, and the only other issue being asking the developers of the other mods where my ideas are drawn from if i could use their units/maps

iv e got permission for units from thera so far and I've decided that id like a map of my own rather than using someone else's, so if there are any decent mappers who would like to help me out then let me know , and as of yet i have 16 factions ready to be made with unit rosters for each faction, the mod will be fantasy which i think has already been made pretty clear
