question about RS2.5 launcher

Hi, I starded the game for Rome and in launcher I enabled "post marian roman general", then used the Save button and go to play...but every time I run launcher again, "post marian roman general" is disabled, it looks as if the setting is resetting...is it necessary to re-activate it each time before starting and continuing in game?

This is almost becoming a feature! Perhaps it should be stickied.....

It's just the way the installation was completed and I suspect (like me) you changed the shortcut image, or similar.

Look in the properties of your desktop shortcut at the line that shows 'Start in...' . Make sure this is changed to ".....\...RSII...\launcher" and not something odd like '.....\UI\Wonders..' like mine did. Hopefully this will solve your problem.

Hi Lord Tedric I reinstalled RS2.5 using the original installation files, I remembered that it worked before, so this error occurs if you install RS with using a new single exe. file
