Very Slow Turns/Freezing
Hey guys,
I just downloaded this and was SUPER excited to play it. The first round of turns went really slow (playing Third Age Campaigns) and I figured it was just due to being the first turn and everyone setting up. But every turn drags on and doesn't allow me to move the screen, move over the map or anything. I think I got to turn 10 before quitting cuz every round was taking like 5+ mins to get back to me. Is that normal? I'm not very tech savy so can someone help?

Hi there and welcome to TWC Forums!
What are your PC/laptop specifications ( what processor, graphics card, and amount of RAM you have)? Have you tried with lowering your video options? Campaign shadows can make it lag too, turn those off.

Also, do you use a clean TATW or also any other submods to TATW?
Some are known for a very high end turn time.

Having the same problems
Using TATW with MOS submod
Got a HP pavillion i7 quad 2.8Ghz cpu with 8 GB ram
nvidia GeForce GT 230 with 4GB ram
Tried every fix i could find, lowering settings, turning things off and on, the works, nothing helps tho...
anyone got any idea?

Also, turn on v-sync in Video Options.
