Unable to launch SS6.3 Help!

I have no experience in installing mods etc but love MTW 2 so much that I thought I'd give it a try. I heard stainless steel was a good mod so thought I would download 6.3 firts to see if I could do it correctly, then move to 6.4.

I followed all the instructions to the best of my ability but now I can't launch it. When I run SS 'launcher' or SS 'mod launcher' the game seems to launch but then shuts down after I have seen the MTW2 screen for a sec. When I try and run 'SS setup' or 'SS campaign setup' I get an error message reading 'not enough campaigns or files missing'!

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I moved all the files downloaded to C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\SS6.3, is this the correct place?

Apologies for my lack of knowledge, but any help would be much appreciated.

If you run SS Set Up, by Right Click and Run as Admin

Yeah I tried that and got the error message I mentioned above - 'not enough campaigns or files missing'. Could it be that my Kingdoms is not patched correctly or does that not matter?

Also, should all the downloaded files be in the MTW2 mods directory yes?

When you installed was the UAC disabled?

The Bin Files and the Exe can be in any folder, but altogether
