I am wondering will 3 separate Greek states be to weak in Rome 2 and kinda think that the Greek City States was a better faction as united in Rome 1 for better game balance. Also it seems there is no Rhodos as a faction in Rome 2.
I like more 1 faction the Greek states
I like more 3 factions Epirus, Athens and Sparta

No more factions on the greek peninsula. But Bosporan Kingdom, Rhodes, Cyrenaica, Syracusa and Marseille would take the greek cultre and bring it to the test in other political and geographical positions.
EDIT: My bad, seems i didn't understand the topic.

I like the separate greek states more than the greek faction in rome 1.
Are you for real? Separated Greek cities is always better... Didn't imagine there could be debate about it.
Definitely separate factions. No debate needed here. People complain about a lack of variety and having separate ones will make it more detailed.
Epirus and Athens were both rebel states in Rome 1. So it wasn't all of them combined, it was just an overly powerful Sparta.
Also being able to play as Athens, Sparta, and Epirus individually is much more satisfying than playing a generic "Greece" and pretending to play them.
they are suppose to be weak and divide.

Well, the Greek City States faction in Rome 1 had the potential to be a VERY powerful faction, if the games back then were as dynamic as they are now with faction bonuses etc. They could have had the land strength of the Spartans and some kind of naval bonuses for the Athenians, as they were both under the same banner in Rome 1. Being able to recruit Cretan archers basically from the very outset of the campaign made them strong indeed.
I prefer how things are in Rome 2, as there's more variety. In fact, it will allow the developers to really home in on each factions and make them unique.
Cry God for Harry, England and Saint George!
I like the seperate factions but I believe if you play as a Greek faction you can have a side mission to unite the factions into one.
Cry God for Harry, England and Saint George!
Logically the 3 factions that Rome 2 is offering us.
Well if the campaign map was as "Colossal" as CA says it will be, then at least Corinth could have made it into the map. The disappearance of Rhodes, just goes and makes everything more complicated.
I do enjoy and like the fact they divided the Greek City States. Now hopefully in the future we will get Pergamon, Rhodes, Syracuse, Massilia, Cyrene and maybe Crete to have more City States.
is this even a question?
Veritas Temporis Filia
I like the solution they have going. 4 factions in the Greek peninsula is a lot already.
51 votes to 1...seems that this is a no-brainer, really.

The poll results make me laugh.
Dominion of Dust. A city of sand. Built your world of nothing. So how long did it stand?
A 100 years? Now wasn't it grand? Built your world of nothing. How long did it stand?
What did you think would happen? When did you think it would all fall down?
Domain of dust in a land of sand. Did yourself right, so let's feel grand.
Domain of dust in a land of sand. Now there's nowhere left to stand.
