Do you want see diffrent types of goverments?

Hello all.

Do you guys agree with me, that you should have multiple choiches of changing the goverment type without being historical (you write your own history after all)
I mean as example changing athens randomly in a kingdow where only the king has power.
so far Ca has only mentioned changing republic of rome into a empire. You should have choices of implenting new goverment types when you want.
Or do we again have strict type of goverment and aren't able to change it? (empire)

Are you guys with me?

can't remember this for other factions then rome who could become an empire.

Didn't CA say that different factions would have different governments? Republics would have a senate and kingdoms would have a court. I would love it if they actually took a page from EU: Rome - Vae Victus. That game simulated republics and kingdoms/monarchies very well in my opinion.

It's about changing goverments , not goverment types at the start of the game.

If Rome can change then I'm sure others can. And the Averni are a Confederation so I would love to see that

I'm pretty sure if rome can change from a republic to an empire, so can other states. I just hope that when you change into an empire that you faction name changes to:
Carthaginian Empire
Spartan Empire
Suebi Empire.
That would be a cool small feature.

They did this with shogun 2 as example Tokugawa~Tokugawa shogunate, so i don't see why not.

they did lol I hope they do it in Rome, it be cool to transition from a nobody to an empire. And have others fear you as such.

Well I know with the Suebi, the Arverni and the Iceni you can create Germania, Gaul and Briton (Respectively). So I would assume there would be a change in government

But what would make the difference beween an empire and a kingdom? Maybe they could enact a reform the makes an imperial administration

Empire would have to be really big with more than two cultures under its rule. Kingdom could just be for your starting regions, kinda like an empire but just your people.
The difference gameplay wise, idk lol
