Default Did CA fixed the morale in shogun 2?

If I buy shogun 2 now, did CA fixed the morale issue in shogun 2 or not?

Are you crashing poorly armed peasants into battle hardened warriors? If so, they will route quickly. I'm not sure if that really requires fixing.

The battle pace is fast, its just a matter of seconds before units rout even samurais. YOu cant maneuver unlike in rome total war. I dont to see 50+ units still alive and they run.

You're definitely doing something wrong, units do not rout that quickly unless you let several units of bow ashigaru target a single low morale yari ashigaru unit or if the unit in question is flanked by another unit which has a high charge bonus.

What gives you the idea that the morale was broken in the first place?

Samurai routing in seconds?! Have they been demoralized with arrows prior to the encounter, or been warcried by monks? If only 50 units are left, they must have already taken a pretty serious beating, try mixing them in with some better support.

You can overlap units, and I've found that studding the simple levy with real Samurai helps both quite a bit when it comes to holding the line.

A couple things I had a problem with was the cost efficiency of the revolver cav, and the heroic assault in the bushido tech tree being under powered.

    Everything else is balanced.

Ermm.. from what I try to understand what your posts several time

    50 units = 50 soldiers? >.> I a bit confused

The less experiences unit, the less effective they can do in battle, this is a logic.

Samurai aren't meant they're Spartan, if they never been fighting before, just educated from Dojo and came in the battlefield first time. What you expected them to do? THIS IS SPARTA? green is green.

Also you didn't tell us what situation you have had? how many forces of enemies? strong? full of Samurai units? bigger numbers? siege battle? big numbers of monk spamming warcry at you? 10 stars General? you have weak general?

You told nothing so I can't concluded what bother you with morale broken you think.

I can tell so far Shogun 2 was patched and fixed everything right now.. (90%) I don't see morale problems, at least my play through.
Its easy to make war with others, its never been easy when we need a peace.

My holy damn simple tactic; Strike First, Strike HARD and SHOW NO MERCY.
