Creates a diplomacy mission Cheat help

diplomacy_mission <ai_faction> <target_faction> <mission_type> <opt:mission_target> : creates a diplomacy mission

could someone please give me an example of how to use this cheat lets say I am France an I want to get trade rights with England, I have messed around with it but I can't get it to work

After playing this game 10billion times I'm just so sick of marching diplomats around the world for trade rights

I don't think this command works with M2TW, maybe just RTW.

Get trade rights just with your land and sea close neighbors and let the rest come by themselves to you, the others won't bring you any money as they're too far for any trade. Except that trade rights increases the money your merchants can make from their resources.

Thanks I might just do that I don't really bother much with merchants anyway

but if anyone else can think of any easy way to do it let me know
