The question is simple, do you listen to the speeches generals/captains do before battle or you skip them?
I been playing Medieval 2 for almost a year now, and I still listen to almost speech.

they are extremely motivational so durr, who wouldn't
AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FO DAT!
I like them, they are usually quite funny. Plus I love how certain traits affect some of the speeches too (I think alcoholic is one of them, and it makes the general's speech quite slurred, as if he is drunk)
Cry God for Harry, England and Saint George!
I listen to them very rarely. But I saw totalwarlegend's video with the funny speeches and I think I'll listen to them more often.
Īnfrānt nu eşti atunci cānd sāngeri,
nici ochii cānd īn lacrimi ţi-s.
Adevăratele īnfrāngeri,
sunt renunţările la vis.
I've heard about all of them once. Now I can't skip them fast enough....
Only at the start of incredibly large and crucial battles that decide the fate of both fighting sides.
I usually listen to them. Especially if it's a big battle. So, yes.
The speeches are good motivations - help me win the battles, you know!![]()
I can't vote, so I'll write my opinion here:
Yes, but not always. When I'm in a hurry, I unfortunatelly skip them. But make sure to listen to all variations from a faction, during the campaign.
I definitely like the speeches, they are so damn funny sometimes... and very motivational.
They represent one of the best part of this game.
