    paranoia or what?.
Some of them are defending CA and SEGA so fanatical that is actually becoming embarrassing for me to read about. Even CA stuff didn't defended ETW that much after the release fiasco.

Constructive criticism? For how long? As i remember, people are complaining on retarded AI and passive siege bugs since first RTW and nothing changed. We are talking about 22 September 2004.

This is not "Praise the CA lord" Forum. If criticism focused on game publisher/developer is hurting your feelings - please feel free to check the doctor. Critics in 21 century are not considered Blasphemy.

p.s. / passive siege bugs (one of those that you actually watch your enemy in the front of your walls doing nothing - est 45 minutes.) always with you since -2004.......

I've only ever seen the passive siege bug when I'm being besieged and I sally out. Realistically speaking the enemy would have no reason to accept battle since they hold the advantage. I'm not praising CA's TW AI but you cannot deny that the BAI/CAI has not improved.

Actually you can see that CA has vastly improved the AI for TW in recent years. Especially in TWS2. Even ETW I saw a major difference between it and older games. The enemy actually formed up decently and actually tried to flank you. One of the major problems with ETW was that the AI would always try and close the gap between you and them and get into melee. It was a rush-fest. This may not have been due to poor AI, though. After all the advisor in ETW tells the player to get into melee as soon as possible. The AI figures you have the firepower advantage and tries to avoid heavy casualties by rushing your line.

Edit: I should add that of course the modders have improved AI and I thank them for that.

The AI did improve in Shogun 2, there's no denying it.

And accept that people have different opinions. Some will find something "constructive" and others won't.

If user are so concerned about the same thread been created again and again they should discuss with the moderations or in the administrative sub-forum to strictly control the new created thread and instead allow necro-post in some case so we get one single DLC thread, one modding thread, etc ...
