separating Egypt and Carthage

Hello all. I was wondering if there is a simple way to separate Egypt and Carthage from fighting each other in some protracted African land war. It seems kind of unrealistic to me to have them attacking each other over land, at least with the size of armies they seem to be marching through northern africa. So I remembered reading somewhere about a mod that split N. Africa in half or something, making the provinces unadjacent so that armies couldn't march through from one provice to another. I'm currently using the XGM mod. If I could incorporate that into XGM myself that would be great. Does anyone know how? Thanks.

then you will have to add more provinces on campaing map in africa

yup thats done by creating land block between africa and carthage
i dont know how exactly it is done
but some mod uses it u can find it in download section and find out urself
i guess .
