Unit Sizes and Balancing

Here's something worth putting thought into.
How will unit sizes work?
Will factions that had smaller armies historically have individual units be smaller units?
EG: Sparta will have less hoplites per unit than Athens.
Or will Sparta have more expensive units?
120 gold per turn vs 100.

What do you think it should be, why do you think it should be and what do you think it will be?

dunno but i dont think smaller units is correct english. (not my first language)

Ill vote when i know what im voting for.

Ill go for more expansive units for Sparta and more men per unit for athens. (200 instead of 160)
