Who do you think is funnier? Personally, I think that Russell Peters is the funnier of the two. Carlos Mencia is just rude while Russell Peters what he says and does is freaking funny as hell dude.

Personally, I like Mencia. It's precisely because he's crude, rude, and brutally honest that I find him funny. He's not afraid to joke on anyone and everyone.
That Peters guy is pretty funny, though.

either way, mencia's show is scripted. his jokes are nothing improv or special. and how long is he going to ride this "oh i even make fun of retards, im so shocking!" theme? It gets old. Chappelle had a full spectrum of jokes that actually went out of the racist and prejudice field.

His name isnt even Carlos, he just changed it to seem more mexican. His name is Ned Mencia, and he ain't funny. He considers himself to be smarter than he actually is. He gets all worked up and self righteous in every one of his shows, like he's the smartest person in the room. Itsp retty irritating.

Your soo right RZZZA. Mencia freaking brags about his crap show. It's more fun to laugh at Mencia than laugh at his jokes. The show is so crappy I blush sometimes; like when that kid in speech class sucks so bad you feel embarrassed more than he does.

I don't have any idea who Russell Peters is, but Carlos Mencia is awful. He repeatedly exploits the same cliches with un-inspired jokes. He spends more time laughing at his own jokes and talking about how "funny" they are than he (clearly) does coming up with any new material.
