TATW CTD

Hey guys,
so yeah I've got the Medieval 2: Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit. When the faction logo scrolling ends and it goes to the eye of sauron. The log shows this
which according to the log is this, I don't know what the error means but I hope you will be able to help me.
More info:
Running as admin, changed save file, other battles and campaigns work fine, DST fix applied, playing as dwarves and not at war with good factions, vista 64bit.
I've attached my system.log, it shows all the way down at the bottom a loction which I went to and it says something about elves of lorien losing capital or something.

I can`t even start your savegame, it just CTDs while loading..

This is an odd bug, what are your system specs, what CPU, GPU, amount of RAM you have?

Windows Vista are not the best OS for playing TATW cause it has Virtual Store, you did turn off UAC ( User Account Control) or, edited Security for your main M2TW folder BEFORE installing TATW ? That is an important step.
