Edit: However, in accordance with the stuff happening in Dorne due to Narf's absence, maybe it would be better to leave it in some form of succession crisis or interregnum? Would that fit Zeus' and Xion's RPs better?

I would prefer it under the control of a Martell... Narf's inactivity has screwed up Dorne and really not accomplished anything for this RP. I would want that to be reversed.

We need to know exactly what Zeus and Xion are doing before we make any calls, because they're committed to something that they started under circumstances we're about to change. If we can do this without screwing them over (eg a succession crisis as BF suggested) I think we should.

I'd actually rather accommodate continuing player over new ones (I know that sounds harsh, but it's really not).

Perhaps Darth Roxas can play into that kind of instability.

Well honestly yesterday I began laying the groundwork for taking over as LP of Dorne. Currently Xion and I each have an agenda of our own but similar goals. I think the both of us ruling seperate halves of Dorne, with an extreme measure of cooperation between us two, is an option we are preferable to. Plus it gives the obvious upside of later conflict probably. I know that having a Martell ruler is preferable for you gandy, but I think that if someone just took over as a weak, very passive ruler, we could continue doing what we are doing. End of the day a good part of Dorne will still be under Martell rule.
