This huge number of Provinces ( split in subregions ) for a total of 183 is the main good reason for having one turn per year .

I usually play at legendary level and in STWII was hard to conquer all of Japan in 300 turns , the esperience is like a rushed run wich is quite imersion breaking .

As in its name R2TW has a roman centric vision of the world. The roman empire never stretched out to conquer india, so there is no real point including it.

Because there is no reason to have them in. This game is ROME TW and not indians or africans tw. So that areas has no reason to appear. It's obvious.
