Shogun 2 problem that cant be fixed?

Hello! I am having the same problem as many do. My computer freezes on the trademark screen. And sometimes it restart itself.
I have been looking in the forums and tried the most.
I have updated my GPU driver, I have updated my sound drivers. I have also updated my network card for some reason.
I have verifyed integrity cache onthe game on steam. Reinstalled shogun 2.
Nothing seems to get life in this game.
Any experts here that may help me? i will owe you a kiddney if you are successfull.

Contact Gigabyte support for the correct BIOS to play Shogun2. Be very specific when making this request.

Do i just send my motherboard info and also mention that I want a bios update that fixes shogun 2? Have they produced a bios update specially for this game?

Give them the motherboard's model number and processor and they should give you a link to the correct BIOS.
