Use Shogun 2 heroes in Fall of the Samurai?

I have heard you can use Shogun 2 units (specifically hero's I would like to use) in Fall of the Samurai through clever modding...However I have tried to search for this and cannot figure out how to do it. I'd like to do a traditional units only campaign, but I'd like to be able to use the hero units from Shogun 2 in FOS before I start it. Can anyone tell me how to do this through this topic or a pm? Will give rep of course!
