75% Coupon & FOTS? / Steam vs EU Gold Edition

As most of you already know, Steam just dumped coupons for 75% off S2 in Empire owners' laps. I also got stuff for TF2 (which I never play) that showed up on the ETW page as bonuses for having it, but which until now weren't there for me. The talk on the internet is that the 23rd is the deadline, but that's not what's bothering me.
My question is: Does this coupon also apply to Fall of the Samurai, or the Steam "Total War: Shogun 2 Collection"?

A related question is whether the hardcopy EU/UK Gold collection http://www.amazon.co.uk/Total-War-Sh...0929246&sr=8-5 has the same features as a steam download, because it is cheaper on Amazon. Would I be able to install and uninstall at will without the disc, box, CD key? And does it include ALL of those little DLCs?

The gold edition does include everything except, I think, the Blood dlc.
