Which historical character do you want to see in game?

Isn't the game only meant to run until 9AD? Or did I get that wrong?

They haven't release info on an exact specific timeline but considering that they've shown the battle of teutoburg, I'd think it stretch a little further. Ideally it'd be nice to see it end at 2nd or maybe 3rd century A.D.

Pretty sure the games running from 270 B.C. to 30 A.D. I know i read it somewhere

Does anyone else think it would be even remotely possible or even a good idea to include certain historical figures in the game? Aka Julius Caesar, Hannibal, Antiochus the Great ect? The setup and the very idea behind the total war games makes me think this would be very difficult or even impossible. Any thoughts?

You could have characters with the name Julius Caeser, Hannibal and so on, but unless they *do* what those individuals did then they are just that. Characters with the same name as the historical figure.

They should have these historical figures, Shogun 2 had historical figures for generals as well. ex. Takeda Shingen and Oda Nobunaga.

I would like the start date to have historical characters, from there on it doesn't matter.
