    You have a certain mentality, a "you vs them" and i know it is hard to see, but it is only your imagination which makes up enemies everywhere. I haven't professed anything but being neutral so why Do you feel the need to defend yourself from me?. Truly What are you defending? when there is nobody attacking?

    "Pontus Pilatius".Is that a Pontic version of the Roman pillum.Just kidding.No, the story differs slightly in the Gospels.If I recall correctly Pilate only executed Jesus after gaining Herod's approval in the Gospel of St Luke.

    Gonna go ahead and say my name-sake, Marcus Claudius Marcellus. Around during the 2nd Punic war and the early Gallic wars, elected Consul 5 times, won the Spolia Opima for killing a Gallic chieftan in single combat and commanded the siege of Syracuse that eventually killed Archimedes (a dubious honor I know.)

    Hopefully he'll pop up somewhere, although hes not very well known, compared to the likes of other commanders in the Punic wars...Fabius, Varro or Paullus.
