    Default Three Kingdoms RPG Setting

Here are the settings that are available for the Three Kingdoms scenario since it won the majority of the votes in the last poll.

Now there will be a greater possibility that we will all be part of one force and not separate forces depending upon the amount of players. This will help keep the focus concentrated and consolidated.

Choose as many options as you like.

    To make some notes:
    1. There will be no player-controlled Emperor at the beginning, the Emperor will be collectively controlled by the mods (but at a later time, there will be the chance for PC Emperors/Kings. Keep an eye on yearly events).
    2. Please NO CANON CHARACTERS OR CANON RELATIONS TO HISTORICAL CHARACTERS. You may have a character that is like Sima Yi or Cao Cao, but they cannot be that person.
    3. There will be many paths (such as commanders/generals, scholars, government officials, strategists, etc etc).
    4. If you choose either one of the last two options, please state which Kingdom you wish for us to be playing in (Shu, Wu or Wei).
    5. I will make this note once more: there will be a greater possibility that we will all be part of one force and not separate forces depending upon the amount of player. So please, don't complain or state you are gonna be a whole separate force since the greater possibility/much greater chance is that we will be consolidated into a single faction.

OP will be updated over time!

    Boo...no Japan!

Still I like the idea of a different setting. Shu might be a laugh. I'm in lads, but definitely in a minor role.

Hehe, Nanman rebels and hapless Emperors.
    Fun fun.

EDIT: Looks like it's Yellow Turban though.
A failing dynasty and a mass rebellion to crush? Alright then.

I'll play, but as I said a minor support role. I'm still backed-up at work...

Well, it's not much, but BF has created the first provincial map for the game.

First Map - Late Han Dynasty

However, I'm thinking of redoing it so that the rivers are much bigger on the map, so that we can implement proper naval functionalities (ports to start!).

EDIT: It is very blurry, but it won't be in the future.

EDIT 2: Also some inconsistencies in the naming:
"Yi-zhou" means "province/county of Yi" and "Jing-zhou" means "province/county of Jing", while I left the central plains regions without county prefixes.
I think I will take off the prefixes.

As for Jingnan and Jiangdong, I will leave them for now.
Jingnan is officially part of Jing(zhou) and Jiangdong is supposedly called Yang, but in all Three Kingdoms stuff I've seen, it is Jiangnan and Jiangdong.
Jiangnan means "south Jing" or "south of Jing", so it is more like Jing's southern "vassal" region. A frontier of sorts, like Austria was to Carinthia.

P.S. Naming the "Chinese cradle valley" (with both capital cities) as Wei was my own decision, as the river valley is the Wei Valley.
I think it is safe to assume the Cao clan later named their kingdom after this because of its Imperial importance.

I might give it a try. Although I am more fluent in Japanese history. Maybe knock someone's doors for lessons in history.
