Question: What about the federal leagues?

So now that we know we're getting some Greek city states in the game what happens to the Achean and Aetolian leagues, they were more important in this period than Athens so will they be included?

Note that I'm not disappointed that Athens or Sparta are in the game, but I am curious as to how these important powers, who were involved in the Second Punic War, will be represented.

My guess they will just be alliances.

Since the map depictions of them are just an artistic representation, they might be included despite them not being visible on those maps. We know that the 57 provinces will be divided into 171 regions approximately, so there is room north of Sparta, in the same province, to fit in the Achean League. The same goes with the province of Attica and Larissa having the possibility to feature the Aetolian League.
