CA did it once again with the Collectors editions, By only giving them to certain lands.
Other smaller countries have no chance of buying it.
I find this very dissapointing

You could probably buy it from UK, it would just cost a bit more as you would have to ship it to Belgium.

I'm Dutch and I'd be very willing to fork out a wad of good hard (Northern European, if you will ;-) ) euro's for this. It looks fantastic. So I'm really hoping for a Dutch retailer...

Buy from other international shop if language does not matter. It's easy. For example you can pick one from Amazon uk. Obviously it'll be in english.

Don't worry OP. Very sure Gamemania will have the CE aswell. They also did with Shogun 2

Short question. If i buy it in UK, can i change the Language in to my own on steam? Usually it should work. Haven't seen the CA on a German seller right now.

Yes provided that the language is supported but I'm sure major EUR languages are supported as usual.

You can order it from the Game UK store and pay a couple more pounds to get it shipped to Belgium. If you're paying £100+ for it anyway, £2-£4 extra for shipping ain't no big deal homie!

I feel your pain OP. When I lived in Australia, I was forced to pay over 100 dollars for a normal release game, when I could get it for half the price in the US. I don't see how this is fair to gaming customers in other countries.
