Look again, there are actually 4 dots visible on the sides... But you may still be right since on a normal dice the 2 would be on the opposite side of the 4 so would not be able to be in the same picture, so someone may have manipulated the image to send a message.

Add all dots together and you get 13 which is the unlucky number, which means:
