Battle ram won't move in battle

Hi, I play as Rome and when I assault cities in the pre battle time when I organize my troops and everything the ram won't move... why's that? Is there a fix for that? It's really annoying, please help

I've never seen a ram not move.

Make sure that it's 'manned' by a unit and use the mouse to aim it towards a wall or just move it like any other unit.

Yep it's manned and I tried unmanning it and manning it again, no results, I installed Roma S. 2.5 on a clean RTW 1.5 patch, was their anything else that needed to be installed because maybe I'm missing something and it's causing this glitch
