Naming units

Hello,
I recently noticed that in a few mods they have a "number" next to units. An example is Minas Morgol legio XXI. It was for MOS but I have seen this on other mods, but I was wondering if there was a way to make that universal without changing lots of the core files.

Any help is welcome.

It can't be made universal for all mods if that's what you want, but you can do it separately for each mod by following this tutorial, not very hard to do, you have to edit 2 or 3 text files.
