Saruman stuck afther taking Fangorn

As the title says Saruman becomes unmovable afther i take Fangorn with him, this comes into effect the turn afther capture. Im playing with 3.1 BS mod, ive tried to lookup if there was any other post about this but coundt find any so hopefully somebody can tell me whats going on here Thanks allready.

Unfortunately, Baron's mod is known to be a bit buggy. There is probably nothing that can be done.

I feared that Thankfully its not such a big deal cause i luckily had a save right before the taking of Fangorn, but afther i loaded that and took Fangorn without Saruman and left him at Isengard he still became unmovable the turn afther so guess i will just leave Fangorn alone for sometime. I should also mention this is not the first game (with 3.1 BS) that ive had this so its not some corrupted/bugged file in this save, its also becaus it has happened before i decided to ask it here cause as i mentioned i coundt find any related thread about it which i allready found strange considering this is a pretty populair mod and cant imagine im the only one who crossed this issue. But anyway i guess i will just addapt to the situation.
