Bored, and thought ide make an 800th thread. This one though, i just wanted to see witch do people prefer, and witch would you be doing more of in Rome 2. If you dont like this thread, please dont comment on it. If you dont care, then cool. But I always thought as myself of a campaign type of guy, but there are alot of people that do more muliplayer or soley. I like making polls . please be nice.

Definitely single player. If they got multiplayer campaigns working well, then I'd dabble in that for certain.

MPC works perfectly with Shogun 2,even with NTW it already worked perfectly.
I´ll play both .

I play mostly campaign multi so I went for 50/50. Wish they would extend the number of players or add a hotseat function.

I'm hoping that Creative assembly introduces 4 player with teams having simultanous turns. (As to reduce it down too two turns). I feel like the effort and energy they put into Avatar conquest has been, too much. Once they skip the campaign aspect of the game and focus on only battles. CA starts to compete with other games like Dawn of war,Company of Heroes,Starcraft. And im sorry to say they lose.

It is when it comes to Multiplayer campaigns that Total war shines the brighest. I hope CA know this and put way more focus on developing that rather than the gimicky half a cup of game "battles".

Singleplayer all the time, and when a friend is up for it, MP Campaign. Thats pretty much the only stuff I touch on the multiplayer side.

thats is tru but like i was saying, out of 100%, if your over 50% on one side, thats what you"ll be doing most on Rome 2

You don't know how much fun you're missing... You should try a MP campaign in Shogun 2.

both, although for the most part i play a Vs multiplayer campaign against friends, just wish CA would work out some of the bugs that make it unplayable to finish a campaign with someone. Would pay for new dlc for N:TW if they went back and tune up the campaign multiplayer for that, same with empire, but even Shogun seems to occasionally get bugs that stop a campaign game dead in its tracks for me, but its seems to be the least worst of the offenders. But N:TW i would really like to see them go back and tune that up a bit, since it seems to be very steamlined and less likely of stuff going wrong in general, it can be quite a bit of fun.

Singleplayer is good, but i always end up wanting to test my mettle against others, since in the end, the ai will never give me has good a fight as a human, plus i like to trash talk my opponent while playing him.

I would definitely pay for a DLC that improved the MP Campaign in Empire, mostly if it added the coop option, beyond bug fixes and desynch problems. This would totally ressurrect the game for my friends and me.

If they do that for Napoleon it would also be fine, but I think nothing beats the multiple options the Empire campaign map gave to the player.

Totally multi, to hell with the AI, I've been playing mp since NTW with my clan, here I gotta say those 2-3 hours of fighting was epic as well as tiresome, and all you TWC'ers want is in it. (intelligent opponet actions, skirmishes, retreating n' reinforcing, outflanking manuovers and all that sort of things)
