Anyone find carthage laughable?
Just wanted to note, did anyone find playing aganist carthage well amusing?
Ive had 12 battles with them and all of them lasted in an utter 5 mins.
My FL, Gaius Decimus Julius with 4 hastati,3 principes,2 triarii,2 archer,2 equties, and 2 onagers
landed near carthage and fought 5 big large stacks, and 7 medium sized ones.
The carthageians forces retreated after clashing with my hastati for around 30 seconds and there entire infantry force retaeated followed by there calvary after i hit them with archers and arty.
why are they a bunch of woosy pants? i was playing on hard/hard, and vh/vh.
i understand in realife carthage was dependent on mercenarys rather then its own troops, but why must they rout so fast?
playing barbarians make me cry more then carthage! :hmmm:
