New user unable to post on forum

I am trying to post a RS 2 technical issue on this forum and each time I post I get the following message:

Post denied. New posts are limited by number of URLs it may contain and checked if it doesn't contain forbidden words.

What am I doing wrong?

I guess you are posting more URLs than allowed for a new member, or you are using forbidden words.

Yes I think what Post Hoc has posted is correct. Unfortunately, due to the number of accounts that are created on forums to post adverts there are some restrictions on new users.

UNtil you get the required number of posts (it may be 25 posts and registered for over a week) it may be best to limit each post to just a few URLs and a local moderator will be able to merge all your posts into one (but please don't continue this).

It could be forbidden words too. When you have been registered for more than a week and have more than 25 posts you should find the restrictions removed. I'm having the same problem, no URLs, no banned words. I don't get it.

This has nothing to do with RSII - it's a TWV forum thing.
