Arryn would be the most impartial subber of the players inside the game.
You may have a shot at posting in the Replacement Thread. My post is rather vague as I don't understand their situation fully (and people rarely respond to any of my posts anyways)

I'm happy to sub, as I have not engaged diplomatically with any of the parties in that war. Once I have a look at the faction, I'll post in the replacement thread with the details.
