    Fictional characters will get traits, more randomly generated.

    I believe that our OOB and purchases were finalized before the Confederates, but I will wait for other players to confirm before I say we are done.

    I was wondering the same. I'm pretty sure all Union players are fine with our current compositions, and Bastard gave his word of favor so I think we're good to go.

    Alright here's what we're gonna do to make this easier on me:

    If your traits aren't in already, edit in traits you think you should have based on what you've seen me add already. I'll go through and modify those. as I see fit afterwards.

    Note that Union traits will be less powerful, this is to balance their superior numbers in a historically sensible way.
