As far as I can tell, it looks automatic. I haven't had to click anything to implement 4tpy. I have advice on Low though, just in case that is a requirement.

sorry for the late reply. click on the faction button and the advisor will pop up, as with all 4tpy, you have to do once after every load.

    Seriously? I had no idea...

@thewayofzen - sorry for the incorrect info!

    @ Echbart

Try disbanding all of the expensive upkeep units that are in settlements that are close to revolting. Disband all but a couple of cheap ships. Destroy buildings in settlements that are close to rebellion, and jack the tax to Very High if you can't control the dissent (they're going to rebel anyway, why not make some money in the process, eh?).

I tend to withdraw my troops from these towns as well, and then consolidating them into a somewhat decent army.

Do this on your first turn, and it should put you in the black for at least turn 2, and maybe turn 3 if you manage to hold on to some of your cities. Once they start going rebel, you can begin attacking and sacking - whenever convenient. You will be in the red after you start to lose these towns, so you really have to work hard to re-establish your borders. Strip your Italian cities of your best units, and push North and West into enemy territory. Your army should be quite formidable and you should be able to conquer the Allemani, and capture some of the rebel towns.

The WRE takes a lot of time and patience. 2 turns is not long enough to make a decision on the faction's fate. You'll have to live in debt for a while...but it's a real challeng - which is rare in the TW series.

One question, how did you win with WRE? Becuase i cant make it, mainly becuase i have negative money income from 2 turn on i can easily reach -300000 then i quit.....

I had no idea either until Ramon set me straight...the turns were just flying by and I didn't even notice. I just assumed it was automatically 4TPY...
