    Default CPU lag problem?

    i keep getting this jittery lag when im in big battles, this lag doesent happen in any other total war but this one( i have them all)
    Specs: FX 8120 3.1GHZ
    amd readeon HD 7670 2GB
    16G of ram
    windows 7

    even when i turned down all graphics, the lag still occurred
    im using the SS mod, they were no help tho

    Can you overclock it safely to ~4GHZ? No, lag is as old as the game.
