    Default Senatorial elections?

    So i just got 2.5 and I was wondering what the elections are and how they work, what is their effect?

    Actually 'how' they work, or, more importantly, what's supposed to happen, may take longer - however....

    In short the 'elections' are all part of the Civilian (so Governor related) career paths. If a character isn't in a settlement (ie he's 'in the field' and therefore pursuing a 'military' path at that time), at the time of the elections, then he doesn't have a chance of progressing up the ladder.

    The most important element is to have your Patricians (or adlected Equestrians) able to gain a Senate seat and become a Senator, for then they can fill one of the Propraetor positions and extra bonii.

    Review the National Announcements and characters' traits for all the detail.
