Fail to deliver The One Ring
So I am playing Isengard campaign now and I got hold on The One Ring which I had to deliver to The Black Gate within 25 turns , ( am I right you can not see how many turns you have left to do that?) So anyways, I moved my general to the border of the black gate where I got the message Black Gate reached and at the same time Failed to deliver The One Ring... I am not sure how many turns I actually used, it will be close to 25 I am sure but the funny thing is, exactly the same happened to me on my previous campaign, which was Harad, which was the first time ever I got the Ring as an evil faction and were to deliver it to The Black Gate. So my question is, can this be a bug? That when I almost arrive at TBG it says that I failed it? Or is this pure coincidence, both my Isengard and Harad campaign I was just too late?
I mean... being Isengard it's not fun losing Sauron's protection and get into war with all evil factions, I'm at war with pretty much every faction on Middle-Earth now lol
(I believe it is not possible to regain Saurons favor is it?)

The quickest way to regain the favour of the "Pope" is to off your king.
Send him on a suicide mission and all should be forgiven.
Although i recall trying to do that once, sent him alone against immeasurable odds, but somehow the coward always escaped from the battlefield. Took me like 4 or 5 battles before he got surrounded and killed.

Re: Fail to deliver The One Ring
^ DO NOT pay Mordor money. They are strong enough as is and this will not regain Saurons favor. The Dark Lord faction & Mordor are different factions. Also I can hardly agree with a plan to sent Saruman on a suicide mission but I don't really care about Saurons opinion anyways.
