    Default Curia hostilia building time

Hi, I have played Rome for quite a long time now, but it seems take me forever (15 turns) to build the curia hostilia.
I know this is probably because of the game balance issue or something eles. But I really need fresh troops to fight for me in Spain.
So is it possible to reduce the building time to maybe 5 turns which is more acceptable for me.
    Thanks!

You can do it in the export_descr_buildings.txt file.
Look in where you installed the mod and there should be Play_Rome\data\export_descr_buildings.txt (or in Play_Rome_One_Turn for 1 turn campaign).
Look for the line 'roman_hostilia requires' in the file. There is a whole lot of stuff saying the legion names that you can recruit but keep scrolling down and you will see the line 'construction 15'. Just change the 15 to 5 if you want.
You may need to then start a new game (not sure if the change is save game compatible but try it and see) and you probably need to click the delete map files button on the launcher.
Oh and make backup of the file you change in case it goes wrong.

...and finally I aint no expert, what I said should work but if there is anything incorrect in what I've suggested hopefully someone more knowledgeable will point it out

Will also be changed in the future - indeed you won't even need to build the Curia Hostilia any more, except for the Tax bonus.

If you don't want to start a new game, just hit ~ and type "process_cq name of city" and it will auto complete any bldgs in the cue in that city.
"With a population of around a million, Rome (in Claudius' time) was a vast city even by modern standards. It is worth pointing out that during the early Renaissance the population of Rome was no more than fifteen thousand-- living amid the ruins of a civilization that dwarfed their own. It was not until the nineteenth century that the population of Rome returned to the levels it had enjoyed under the Caesars. That is eloquent proof of the fact that human history is not a tale of steady progress towards greater knowledge and achievement." Simon Scarrow
