MCWC I - THE WINNERS
Congratulations to our winners!
And thus the first ever MCWC draws to a close. A big congratulations to all those who entered and thank you to everyone who voted. We look forward to many more future editions of the MCWC!
FIRST PLACEgoes to Heiro de Bodemloze's tale of Sengoku Japan, the tale of one young boy who grew up to lead his clan in battle: The Tale of Nobutada 2.0 is a magnificent work of both writing skill and personal perseverance. Many congratulations for being the first ever winner of the MCWC - may your pen stay ever sharp and delight all with your captivating tale!
SECOND PLACEgoes to one of the blue legions. Dance brings us a most unusual story from the jungles of Africa where boys need to become men fast if they are to live, and lives are taken at a whim. It is a brutal tale of one boy soldier as he rises through the ranks of one of the world's most brutal environments.Histories of a Boy Soldier is a must read for anyone who seeks something slightly off the beaten track - and indeed anyone who is simply after a bit of literary magic.
THIRD PLACEgoes to Scottish King whose story Tales of Acamar: Outbreak takes us to a galaxy far away to a complex game of political chess and manipulation. The imagination involved in this story is brilliance and is a must read.
The submission thread can be found here, and the voting round is here. We look forward to seeing your submissions for MCWC II - coming soon! In the meantime please feel free to shower the worthy winners with your praise and adulation!

Congratulations to Heiro on his victory! It was well deserved. A masterful tale it is!
And to SK, your imagination is unparalleled. This fact is proven in your epic tale, of which, I hope to see doubled in length by the end of the next competition.

All it means is that there aren't enough voters.
