Question from person new to this mod

Hi, recently I've started the game as abbasids, but I have small problem: after conquering some new city's, I can't recruit there units like those from my city's like Bagdad, or al-Masiw. What is the cause? Do I have to demolish my barracks and build them from begginig?

That is because recruitment options in BC are tied not only to faction and buildings but to regions, too.
As a rule of thumb, you can recruit your faction specific units only in your starting regions.

That's pretty terible news.. even in citadel I can make only weak units..

There is a submod that allows you to recruit your units anywhere. It may be worth trying vanilla BC recruiting system. It is very fun especially once you expand and you have to ferry troops from your starting regions to your outter borders. And you can field very diverse armies. But to each there own I guess.
