After beating a number of campaigns on the vanilla version of M2 I decided I'd give the Kingdoms expansion (which I uninstalled around half a year ago) another go.
When I ran the launch.exe I strangely had the option to both install Kingdoms and play all four expansions, despite having uninstalled them last year.
None of the play links worked though, when I clicked them I was told that the Kingdoms.exe could not be located. I tried to install the game instead and then got a message saying "All Medieval II Total War: Kingdoms products are already installed. Aborting installation."
To make a long story short I'm unable to install and play a game that I've already installed. I tried to find Kingdoms using the uninstall program feature and found Medieval II Total War: Kingdoms Britannia, Crusades, Teutonic but strangely not America. I tried removing them completely by right-clicking and selecting "remove" but nothing happened.
Any help would be much appreciated.
