Default a little translation help please

I'm having some problems finding a good translation for something, I'm pretty sure its Latin. I know there's some pretty knowledgeable historians and linguistics on these forums and was hoping someone might be able to help me, any help would be greatly appreciated. Anyways this is what I'm looking to translate.

Foecundi calices quem non fecere disertum?

As I said any insight would be appreciated.

    Here you´ll receive an answer
    Learn Latin

PS: for the title of the thread seems like I'm telling you "learn latin and stop bothering", but not

Yes the phrase I was trying to find was Foecundi Calices and I believe it means Inspiring Chalice. It was on my family crest.
But I couldn't find that anywhere and Horace's quote had the same phrase.
