Vanilla Vegetation

hi,

i have a lot of problems with enemy reinforcement that contain siege equipment, and as i read its about new vegetation / nature in battles.

What files i have to change so i can revert back to vanilla and avoid terrible lag ?

Or if changing vegetation is not possible, is there any way to stop this lag when enemy reinforcement contain siege equipment ???
