Musketeer Unit

Hello, I just need a standard Musket wielding unit and by that I mean a 3D model.
But I can't use the original models, I need a recreated one for use in a developing game. That is of course unless the original models are allowed to be use for non-commercial possibly commercial usage in games other then their own.
Credits will be given to whoever can do this (In-Game), and I'll be sincerely grateful. Animations are not a must, but would be amazing to have movement animations and such.

Apparently can't edit my original post, so I'd also like to add in that this Unit must be a colonist musketeer, but a british one too would just be great.
