Hello everyone,

I am currently building a TW 'Building' RDK (Reference Development Kit):
a tool that would help easily and quickly create a sort & filterable reference of buildings for mods or vanilla games;
with various inputs ranging from WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get), to .xml, .txt, etc.
This would allow mod contributors to quickly create a reference for the buildings in-game, based on different inputs (the one the person prefers/ is the least demanding).

However, I only have my own point of view, and I'd wish to have some more feedback from more experienced people concerning features and UI.
At the time of writing, I only need some feedback; but as the project progresses, I will probably need team members.
I'd like to collect some volunteers in this thread.

I will give more info to people who wish to become involved.

So what I would need is:
1. People with a background in webdesign / interface design (no coding, only design)
- For helping to create an optimal UI
2. People with a background in webdevelopment (HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery & jQuery UI)
- For error-checking the code and cross-browser compatibility
- For
3. People who have played a combination of either M2TW or RTW & STW, MTW, ETW, or S2TW
- For information on the differences between the games for settlements (eg. settlement levels, settlement properties, settlement type (cf M2TW: castle or city))
4. All enthusiasts who want to test the tool in its early stages/ give feedback about the UI/ early features/ entity names.

If you are even remotely interested in the project, feel free to post an "application".
Support involves mostly giving feedback on visuals atm, but may expand later. .
I will be glad to have your support!

Some rules for feedback partners:
- Please don't leak any details about the project, as all info shall be published on first preview/ release
- I mostly communicate through e-mails, Skype is also welcome.
- Be ready to spend some time to give elaborated feedback.

Thanks in advance for all applications.

PSI: For people wondering "who is this new guy with only x posts () who is suddenly posting such a large-scale project : I used to have an account on TWC but I don't remember the nickname. I've been reading these forums periodically for over 4 years, and have always admired the vibrant community behind it, be it for content, artwork, mod development or something else.
PSII: not in a modder's section because this post has nothing to do with desktop programming or modelling)
